Description Simforge Sim Racing Base Plate Kit — Adjustable Heel Plate, Zero‑Flex Pedal Platform for 80/20 Rigs The Simforge Sim Racing Base Plate Kit turns your cockpit into a stable, ergonomic pedal station that feels planted lap after lap. The heavy‑gauge carbon‑steel pedal base eliminates flex and vibration under aggressive load‑cell or hydraulic braking, so pressure curves stay consistent and brake points become easier to repeat. A fully adjustable heel plate slides and tilts to match your shoe size and driving style, letting you set ankle angle, heel height, and fore‑aft reach for GT, formula, or rally seating without re‑drilling. Rigid 40‑series/4080 aluminum profiles provide smooth, play‑free adjustment ranges and lock down firmly with high‑tensile hardware, while the powder‑coated finish resists scratches and corrosion for long‑term durability. Slotted rails and a universal hole pattern speed installation on 80/20 profile rigs and metal decks, and the wide mounting envelope accommodates popular pedal sets—from Logitech and Thrustmaster to Fanatec, MOZA, and Simforge Mark‑1. The result is a zero‑flex pedal platform that improves braking accuracy, sharpens throttle modulation, and reduces fatigue in endurance stints. Whether upgrading an entry‑level tray or finishing a pro build, this adjustable heel plate and rigid base deliver the repeatable feel needed to trail‑brake with confidence, heel‑and‑toe cleanly, and find lap‑time through better control—not just more force. Why this Sim Racing Base Plate from Simforge Zero‑flex control: Heavy‑gauge carbon‑steel footplate and structural aluminum profiles resist torsion under load‑cell and hydraulic braking. Precision ergonomics: The adjustable heel plate lets you fine‑tune height, angle, and reach for ideal ankle/heel support and faster muscle memory. Long‑run comfort: An anti‑vibration layout keeps inputs consistent, supporting trail‑braking and smooth throttle pickup in endurance sessions. Premium construction Footplate: Thick carbon‑steel for rock‑solid stability during high‑force braking. Profiles: Rigid 40‑series/40120 aluminum for strength, repeatability, and play‑free adjustments. FAQs

What are the blade requirements for this saw?

Any blade from your supplier must meet the following design criteria. Using blades on this saw that don’t meet these requirements can cause equipment damage and/or personal injury.

  1. Use blades that meet applicable industrial safety code specifications.
  2. Use blades that are approved by the blade manufacturer for the material to be cut.
Use approved dry cutting type blades in dry cutting operations and approved wet cutting type blades in wet cutting operations.
  3. Do not exceed the maximum operating speed of 1830 rpm for the S20, 1455 rpm for the S24, or the blade manufacturer’s rated speed. Blades must be speed tested to ANSI B7.1 safety code specifications.
  4. Always use blades with mounting blotters on both sides when using abrasive blades. Remove the drive pin from the arbor flange before mounting an abrasive blade.

What are the hydraulic power source requirements for this saw?

The hydraulic power source must meet the following design criteria:

  1. The flow must not exceed 8 GPM, and the pressure relief valve must not exceed 2500 psi. Failure to comply could
cause excessive blade rpm and/or overpressurizing the system, resulting in equipment damage and/or personal
    injury.
  2. The hydraulic power source must meet the hydraulic requirements found in the product manual.

What type of maintenance is required for this saw?

Inspect the blade mounted on the saw. Remove and destroy the blade if any cracks, chips, gouges, or loose or missing segments are present. Failure to do this can cause personal injury.
