Description The Excalibur Smart Purifier™ Plus Tankless Reverse Osmosis System is an advanced, tankless RO water purification system engineered to deliver on-demand, high-quality drinking water without the need for a bulky storage tank. Utilizing commercial-grade membranes and smart flow technology, this system produces excellent tasting, contaminant-reduced water for homes, offices, and point-of-use installations — all with faster delivery, reduced footprint, and improved efficiency. Unlike traditional RO systems with storage tanks, the Smart Purifier™ Plus supplies purified water instantly as you need it, eliminating tank maintenance, potential contamination, and space constraints. Whether paired with under-sink installations, dedicated faucets, or integrated into broader treatment setups, this system combines cutting-edge performance and user-friendly operation. Key Features Tankless, On-Demand Purification Delivers purified water only when you open the dedicated faucet — no pressurized storage tank needed for fast, continuous flow. Smart Flow Control Technology Automatically adjusts production to match demand, optimizing performance and minimizing wastewater. Multi-Stage Filtration Combines pre-filtration (sediment and carbon), a high-rejection reverse osmosis membrane, and optional post-filters to remove up to 95–99% of dissolved contaminants such as: Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Chlorine and chloramines Lead and heavy metals Nitrates and sulfates Cysts, microbes (where rated) Pesticides and VOCs Compact Under-Sink Design Saves cabinet space with an efficient, tankless configuration that installs neatly under your sink. Dedicated Drinking Faucet Includes a sleek, purpose-built faucet for clean, direct access to purified water. Low Maintenance Easy filter and membrane replacement with clear indicators for routine service. Specifications System Type: Tankless Reverse Osmosis Production Rate: Approx. 50–75 GPD (varies by water temp/pressure) Filtration Stages: Multi-stage (typically sediment, carbon, RO membrane, post-carbon) Membrane Type: Thin-Film Composite (TFC) Faucet: Dedicated RO drinking faucet Connections: Standard 1/4″ quick-connect fittings Installation: Under-sink / Point-of-Use (Production rate varies with feed water temperature, TDS, and pressure) Compatibility Fits Standard Under-Sink Plumbing – Easy connection to cold water supply and drain. Works with Most Filtration Housings – Integrates with compatible pre-filters (sediment and carbon) and post-filters. Suitable for Municipal and Properly Treated Well Water – Pre-testing recommended for well water with high sediment or iron — pre-filtration may be needed. Applications Residential Drinking Water – Delivers clean, great-tasting water for kitchens and homes. Offices and Break Rooms – On-demand purification for workplace hydration. Cottages and Seasonal Properties – Tankless design reduces space requirements and maintenance during infrequent use. Point-of-Use Installations – Ideal for dedicated faucets for drinking, cooking, and beverage preparation. Maintenance Pre-Filters: Replace sediment/carbon pre-filters every 6–12 months depending on water quality. RO Membrane: Replace every 24–36 months (varies with usage and water conditions). Post-Filter: Replace annually or as recommended. System Inspection: Check connections and filters periodically to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Why Choose Excalibur Smart Purifier™ Plus? The Smart Purifier™ Plus Tankless RO System combines superior contaminant rejection with instant, tankless delivery — giving you cleaner, healthier water without the common limitations of tank-based systems. Its compact design, smart flow control, and advanced filtration make it a top choice for homes and offices seeking efficiency, convenience, and high-quality drinking water.

FAQs

What are the blade requirements for this saw?

Any blade from your supplier must meet the following design criteria. Using blades on this saw that don’t meet these requirements can cause equipment damage and/or personal injury.

  1. Use blades that meet applicable industrial safety code specifications.
  2. Use blades that are approved by the blade manufacturer for the material to be cut.
Use approved dry cutting type blades in dry cutting operations and approved wet cutting type blades in wet cutting operations.
  3. Do not exceed the maximum operating speed of 1830 rpm for the S20, 1455 rpm for the S24, or the blade manufacturer’s rated speed. Blades must be speed tested to ANSI B7.1 safety code specifications.
  4. Always use blades with mounting blotters on both sides when using abrasive blades. Remove the drive pin from the arbor flange before mounting an abrasive blade.

What are the hydraulic power source requirements for this saw?

The hydraulic power source must meet the following design criteria:

  1. The flow must not exceed 8 GPM, and the pressure relief valve must not exceed 2500 psi. Failure to comply could
cause excessive blade rpm and/or overpressurizing the system, resulting in equipment damage and/or personal
    injury.
  2. The hydraulic power source must meet the hydraulic requirements found in the product manual.

What type of maintenance is required for this saw?

Inspect the blade mounted on the saw. Remove and destroy the blade if any cracks, chips, gouges, or loose or missing segments are present. Failure to do this can cause personal injury.
