Handcrafted in my Nashville studio, a large piece of turquoise from the Stone Mountain mine in Nevada is the centerpiece of this ring. The stone is deep forest green, with an inner bronze matrix that seems to glow from the center. Magical. The bezel setting is made by hand out of sterling silver sheet. I carved the edges, imagining an ancient relic and water. Timeworn and full of character. The turquoise cabochon measures .43 inch wide x .92 inch tall. It weighs 9.6 carats. Three small sterling silver 'pearls' adorn the setting. The sterling silver band measures .3 inch/7.5mm wide. On the outside, I engraved my signature tudor roses My trademark is inside. A call to adventure and seizing opportunities as they come. Hooray! The entire piece was given a patina, and then hand polished to a rustic glow. US size 10, fits like a size 9.5 due to the width.
