Made with an acoustic annealing process and post-to-rib construction, this instrument is sturdy and maintains a quick response with an impressive warm sounding low range. Key Features: Redesigned Ergonomics: Key shapes and angles were re-analyzed and adjusted for more comfortable hand position and quick, nimble action. Hand Engraved Bell Improved Intonation and Response: Tone holes have been resized to provide a more even intonation and response throughout the range of the instrument. Acoustic Annealing: A heat treating process that alters the grain shapes of the brass molecules to attain a quicker, even response and resonance.  Post-to-Rib Construction: This increases the strength of construction as well as the weight of the instrument.
